Учим ребенка вытирать попу

Когда перед родителями всплывает задача, как лучше научить ребенка самостоятельному вытиранию попы после туалета, многие озадаченно потирают затылок. Если чадо совсем маленькое, сию нехитрую процедуру выполняют мамы, папы, бабушки. Но когда же возложить ответственность за этот процесс на малютку? Давайте разберемся.

В каком возрасте можно учить малыша вытирать попу?

Не секрет, что это зависит от самого малыша, потому что развиваются детки по-разному. Некоторые уже в два с половиной годика выхватывает у взрослого туалетную бумагу, с криками «я сам, саааам!», а кто-то в три-четыре годика зовет маму: «я покакал, вытри мне попу!».

Если вы подумываете отдать сына или дочь в детсад, то лучше научить малютку самостоятельно решать этот вопрос, причем заблаговременно. Воспитательницы перегружены, в группе иногда набирается свыше тридцати требующих внимания «цветов жизни», и нянечкам непросто уследить за каждым, не то что вытирать попки. В яслях персонал контролирует соблюдение интим-гигиены деток, ну а в младшей группе детского сада ребенок сам должен справляться с «задачкой на чистоту». Ведь если в садике по каким-то причинам этого не сделает нянька, малыша могут подстерегать заболевания вроде пиелонефрита, развивающегося из-за болезнетворных микроорганизмов, попадающих в мочевыводящие пути.

Учить ребенка вытирать попу лучше в наиболее благоприятном возрасте — в периоде «Я сам!», когда дети пытаются активно отказаться от помощи взрослых (происходит это в два-три годика). На данном этапе ребенок все схватывает на лету, обучить его будет проще.

Пошаговый разбор

Конечно, легче самому справиться с задачей, вытереть ребенку попу за пару секунд, и вернуться к насущным делам, чем обучить. Обучая, не нервничайте и не кричите на ребенка, запаситесь терпением. Вспомните как вы сами были маленьким человечком с такими же проблемами. Не переусердствуйте с инициативой, прививайте малышу самостоятельность, иногда предлагая чаду самому подтереть попку.

Даже у самого одаренного малыша вряд ли получится выполнить такой «квест» с первой, второй или третьей попытки. И это обычное дело! Пробуйте, хвалите ребенка, он старается — он молодец.

Для научения используйте влажные салфетки. Они намного нежнее и не вызовут раздражения или болезненных ощущений, как жесткая бумага, что может только отбить у ребенка желание учиться вытиранию.

Важно, чтобы девочки начинали движение»спереди назад», опять же для того, чтоб избежать попадания бактерий в мочевой канал. Если ребенку по нраву вытирать сидя — не мешайте, если стоя — подскажите, какую позу лучше принять.

Когда вы только начинаете «серию уроков», необходимо, чтоб ребенок усвоил не только порядок действий, но и правильность движений. Положите руку малыша на свою руку, тогда ребенок поймет, как именно нужно двигать ладошкой и запомнит.

В другой раз вручайте салфетку или бумагу малышу, и теперь уже вы будете направлять и подсказывать, накрыв кисть ребенка собственной ладонью, отдавая все больше и больше свободы, ослабляя или усиливая нажим — смотря, как ребенок справляется. Опять-таки, не стоит ругать ребенка, если у него не все получается.

После нескольких подобных попыток, ребенок будет чувствовать себя увереннее и тогда можно внести предложение вытирать попу полностью самостоятельно. Для ребенка важна похвала, ведь он уже совсем взрослый, раз вот так запросто вытирает попу без помощи.

Гигиена превыше всего!

Приучите малыша проверять, чист ли край салфетки или туалетной бумаги. Если чистый, значит, попа вытерта на славу. Если у ребенка без проблем выходит вытираться влажной салфеткой, можно переходить на бумагу, только обязательно проследите за степенью мягкости, чтоб не повредить нежную кожу малыша при вытирании. Интересуйтесь ощущениями и мнением ребенка!

Не забудьте напомнить ребенку о необходимости вымыть ручки после туалета. Приучите его к чистоте!

Можно предложить малышу выбрать бумагу в магазине. Ведь он взрослый, умеет вытираться сам, а значит, вправе отдавать предпочтение понравившимся туалетным принадлежностям.
